Terms of Use
Affiliate Disclosure: As an Amazon Associate, Cheapster.in earns from qualifying purchases. Cheapster.in is also a participant in various other affiliate marketing programs. This means we may earn a commission when you click a link and make a purchase, at no additional cost to you. This does not influence which brands we list or how we describe them.
By accessing Cheapster.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. We provide an independent directory of third-party shopping affiliate programs.
We are not responsible for the products, delivery, or customer service of the brands listed. Any purchases made through our platform are subject to the respective brand's official terms and conditions.
Deal Hunter & Promo Codes: Deal Hunter is an AI-assisted search tool that looks for publicly available promo codes and offers on the web. Results are for information only. Codes and offers are controlled by the respective brands and can expire, change, or come with conditions (minimum order value, specific products, new users only, and so on) without notice. Cheapster.in does not create, issue, verify or guarantee any code, and cannot promise that a code will work or that you will receive a discount. Please confirm the final price and terms on the brand's official site before paying. If a brand is not in our directory, a result may open a web search for that brand instead of a direct store link.
Accounts & Fair Use: Deal Hunter and rewards entry need a free Google sign-in, and you are responsible for activity on your account. Please do not misuse the service — for example by sending automated or bulk requests, trying to bypass sign-in or usage limits, scraping the site, or uploading images that are unlawful, harmful, or that belong to someone else. We may limit or suspend access if the service is misused.
Brands, Links & Trademarks: All brand names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the brands we link to; this does not mean the brand endorses or is affiliated with Cheapster.in. Third-party websites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we do not control their content, prices or availability.
Disclaimer & Liability: Cheapster.in is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from promo codes or offers shown through Deal Hunter, or from purchases made on third-party websites.
Changes & Governing Law: We may update these Terms and the Privacy section from time to time; the latest version on this page applies, and continuing to use Cheapster.in means you accept it. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Privacy Policy
Information we collect: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and a Google user ID (through Firebase Authentication). When you use Deal Hunter, we receive the text you search for and, only if you choose to upload one, a product photo. When you write to us through the Contact form (which requires signing in with Google), we receive your name, the email address of your Google account, the issue you select and your message, so that we can reply to you. Like most websites, we also collect basic usage and device information (such as pages viewed and browser type) through analytics.
Your name and number are collected securely and used solely for winner notification and verification. We strictly do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party marketing agencies. If you sign in with Google, we use only your name and email to verify your entry and prevent duplicate submissions. The only public use of your data is announcing a winner's first name and reward amount on our official Instagram, as described in our Giveaway & Payout Policy — your phone number is never made public.
How Deal Hunter uses your data: Your search text, your optional photo and a secure sign-in token (which only confirms that you are logged in) are sent to our backend, which uses a Google AI model with web search to find promo codes for you. Uploaded photos are used only to process your search and are never published. Please upload product photos only — avoid images that show people, personal documents or any other sensitive information.
Third-party services: To run the site we use trusted third parties, each with its own privacy policy: Google (sign-in via Firebase Authentication, Analytics, Fonts, AI services, and Apps Script / Sheets for our backend), Cuelinks (affiliate link tracking, so that we can be credited when you shop through our links), and Web3Forms (to deliver Contact form messages to our support inbox). If you choose to open WhatsApp or Instagram from our site, those apps handle your information under their own terms.
Cookies & local storage: Analytics tools may set cookies to understand how the site is used, and affiliate partners may set cookies when you click through to a brand so a purchase can be attributed. We also use your browser's local storage to remember small choices, such as having seen the welcome pop-up, and the installable app may keep site files on your device so it loads faster. You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings; the site will continue to work, and the price you pay is never affected.
Security: We use secure connections and Google's sign-in to protect your account and data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We will never ask for your bank password, card details, UPI PIN or OTP.
Your choices: You can ask us to share, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@cheapster.in. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
